Welcome to Nut Jar ("the App"), provided by Pugsky Studio. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

Use of the App

You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.

No account is required to use the App.

Your Collection and Content

Nut Jar lets you photograph or import artworks, postcards, stickers, and other objects, and keep them as cut-outs in your collection. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to photograph, keep, and share any content you add, and you agree not to use the App to infringe the rights of others.

• Your pieces and their photos remain stored on your device.
• We do not have access to view or retrieve your collection, and we cannot recover items you delete for good.
• You retain ownership of any content you create or import using the App.

Automatic Cut-outs

Cutting out objects and straightening cards is done automatically on your device. Results depend on the photo and may not always be accurate; the original photo is always kept so you can choose another crop.

Sticker Packs and Third-Party Apps

When you send stickers to WhatsApp, copy a sticker, or share a piece, the content is handed to the app you choose. Your use of that app is governed by its own terms. You are responsible for the stickers and images you share.

Nut Jar Pro Subscription

Nut Jar is free to use with one jar and one WhatsApp sticker pack a day. Nut Jar Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks unlimited jars, unlimited sticker packs, and new Pro features as they are added.

• Pro is offered as a monthly or a yearly plan. Prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
• The yearly plan may include a free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the yearly price is charged when it ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends).
• Your subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings, or from Settings in the App. Cancelling stops future renewals; Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its refund policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
• If you reinstall the App or use a new device signed in with the same Apple ID, tap Restore Purchases to turn Pro back on.

Your use of a subscription bought through the App Store is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store's terms.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

By using the App, you consent to the handling of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or infringes on the rights of others.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, using the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App, and sharing content you do not have the right to share.

Intellectual Property

The App, including all of its features and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including any loss of data stored on your device.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Feedback and Suggestions

We welcome and appreciate user feedback and suggestions. By providing feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use and implement such feedback without compensation or credit.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms.

Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
